I'm traveling so I'm eating worse than usual. But I'm still trying to be good! I got a side salad instead of fries!
I'm really annoyed that I gained again. What???? Now I'm only down 2# instead of 5. :(
I'm off Dukan bc I can't have dairy. Hoping to still lose. We'll see!
I had my 3rd baby in February 2012. I started this blog bc I was looking for a healthy and quick way to lose my baby weight while nursing, and I was starting the Dukan Diet — modified for nursing moms. After about a week on Dukan, my 3-month-old was not tolerating all the dairy. So now I have switched to "just" dieting while nursing, rather than being on a specific plan.
